Getting Organized:
Mapping Our AI Pillar Workspace

To ensure everyone knows where to find resources, we’ve structured our shared Google Drive into a set of purpose‑built folders. Here’s a walkthrough of the folder map and how each section supports our mission.

AI Pillar Drive Structure

Survey Results and Network Surveys

The Network Survey(s) folder houses the results of our AI Baseline Survey. All current and future survey data will live here, making it easy to track how our team’s skills and needs evolve over time.

Discussion / Agenda Items

Meeting notes and agenda topics will be compiled in the Discussion / Agenda Items folder. By summarizing our discussions in one place, we can reference past conversations and ensure action items don’t get lost.

Code Repository

In the Code folder you’ll find our proprietary prompt scripts and automation tools. These are tailored for SBDC development and will underpin much of our automation work. Access is restricted to maintain confidentiality.

Training Buildout

The Training Buildout folder will evolve into a comprehensive plan for training our AI champions. It will include modules, schedules, and resources needed to build expertise across the organization.

Prompt Libraries (TBD)

As we develop prompt libraries for SBDC use‑case buckets—such as marketing, operations and finance—these templates will be organized under Prompt Libraries. This will serve as a reference for tested prompts across different domains.

Learning Links & Resources

We’re creating a living document in the Learning Links & Resources folder that curates “changelog” updates—summaries of major developments in large language models (e.g., new Grok releases, ChatGPT agents, Claude connectors) with links and commentary to keep our team informed.

Cheat Sheets

The Cheat Sheets folder will collect quick tips and best practices for prompting, multi‑chain workflows, and other shortcuts that improve productivity. This will be an evolving knowledge base for the team.

SBDC Tools & Descriptions

Finally, the SBDC Tools & Descriptions folder lists the AI tools we’re building or adopting for SBDC operations. Each entry includes a description of what the tool does and how it benefits the organization.

By mapping out our Drive structure and clarifying the intent behind each folder, we hope to streamline collaboration and ensure that everyone can quickly find the information they need.

As our AI Pillar initiative progresses, this structure will evolve—but for now, this map serves as our starting point.

If you have useful resources, please add them to the appropriate folder. Share your feedback and ideas in the Discussion/Agenda folder so we can refine our workflow together, and we’ll iterate on this as needed…
